Must be 21 years of age or older
open availability nights, weekends, holidays
bartender experience preferred
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes
provide food service as needed
ensure accurate cash handling and reporting
maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized bar by cleaning equipment and tools
stay knowledgeable about all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections
support team operations by mentoring apprentice bartenders and bar porters
maintain bar inventory levels
resolve guest concerns
