Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience as a busser or food runner preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Availability for part-time shifts of 8 hours between 11am and 12:30am
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a busser or food runner in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • Maintain tables/chairs, station, floors and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
  • Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station
  • Run food as required by the Department
  • Support Food Servers to ensure excellent guest service
  • Handle guest inquiries with professionalism
  • Assist in setup and breakdown of dining areas
  • Comply with health and safety standards
