Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
- aptitude to follow written and verbal instructions in detail
- capacity to work in extreme conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- flexibility to work varying hours or shifts if necessary
- experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment including chemical-resistant gloves and boots, safety glasses, hard hat, face shield, full-face respirator if required, and chemical splash suit

Job Duties
- Produce and mix chemicals as needed
- understand and operate plant equipment and processes
- load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and all other containers
- regularly lift 50 pounds
- operate pumps, mixers, and blenders
- operate forklift
- keep work area clean
- perform light maintenance
