Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid motorcycle endorsement
  • Valid US government issued driver’s license
  • Safe driving record
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to push and load/unload motorcycles
  • Positive attitude towards employees and guests
  • Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement
  • Present a professional and well-groomed appearance
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must have a valid US government issued driver’s license, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States
  • Capable of pushing and loading/unloading motorcycles
  • Maintain positive attitude with all employees and guests
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide assistance with inquiries, directing them to appropriate service areas or personnel
  • Safely move motorcycles within the service department, ensuring proper storage and organization
  • Assist with inventory control by tracking incoming and outgoing motorcycles and parts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Clean motorcycles before and after service appointments, including washing, polishing, and detailing to maintain a professional appearance
  • Support service technicians by retrieving and delivering motorcycles, tools, and parts as needed during repair or maintenance procedures
  • Record service activities accurately in the system, including vehicle information, service performed, and any additional notes or recommendations from technicians
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the service area, including sweeping, organizing tools and equipment, and disposing of waste properly
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for both staff and customers
  • Occasionally assist with test rides or demonstrations for customers, ensuring proper safety measures are followed
  • Assist in various tasks as needed, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, or supporting other departments within the dealership
