Job Requirements
- Two or more years of progressive experience in coordinating learning programs or administrative tasks working with leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Physical ability to set up tables and chairs
- Willingness to work within the Commonwealth of Virginia
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in coordinating learning programs or administrative tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with learning management system administration and evaluation surveys
- Basic audiovisual support skills including microphone and projector setup
- Knowledge of simplified project management
Job Duties
- Coordinate learning programs and provide administrative support for training needs
- Manage data entry and user support for learning management systems
- Oversee HQ Conference Center reservations and event planning
- Arrange furniture setup and provide audiovisual support
- Interact daily with Executive team and provide excellent customer service
- Handle logistics and administration for individual, team, and business unit training needs
- Assist in coordinating external stakeholder training sessions
