Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of progressive experience in coordinating learning programs or administrative tasks working with leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Physical ability to set up tables and chairs
  • Willingness to work within the Commonwealth of Virginia

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in coordinating learning programs or administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with learning management system administration and evaluation surveys
  • Basic audiovisual support skills including microphone and projector setup
  • Knowledge of simplified project management

Job Duties

  • Coordinate learning programs and provide administrative support for training needs
  • Manage data entry and user support for learning management systems
  • Oversee HQ Conference Center reservations and event planning
  • Arrange furniture setup and provide audiovisual support
  • Interact daily with Executive team and provide excellent customer service
  • Handle logistics and administration for individual, team, and business unit training needs
  • Assist in coordinating external stakeholder training sessions
