Job Duties

  • Work collaboratively to manage residential properties and ensure resident satisfaction
  • Assist in leasing activities and maintain relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Address and resolve daily maintenance and facility issues promptly
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks and resident services
  • Participate in community engagement activities to foster a positive living environment
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management and resident interactions
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
