Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- minimum of 3 years HR management experience preferably in hospitality or luxury hotel industry
- proficiency with HR software including ATS and ADP
- thorough understanding of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work on-site at Menlo Park, CA
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent management and full cycle recruitment
- strong knowledge of HR policies and employment laws in California
- experience with ATS and HRIS systems like ADP
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
- demonstrated leadership skills in managing employee relations and training
Job Duties
- Provide guidance and support in talent management and employee relations
- manage full cycle recruitment including job descriptions, ads, interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and benefits enrollment
- ensure compliance with hotel policies and California employment laws
- assist management with data entry in ADP and maintain accurate HR records
- oversee employee data management and generate payroll and compliance reports
- perform monthly audits of HR systems and files
- coordinate employee requests such as transfers, rate changes, promotions, and resignations
