Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or related administrative support
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • willingness to travel less than 10% of the time

Job Duties

  • Coordinate candidate interview days with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • support recruiters in scheduling and completing the new hire process
  • prepare offer letters and employment packets including first day instructions and benefits information
  • coordinate drug and background checks with pre-employment vendors
  • ensure completion and accuracy of new hire paperwork
  • support staffing initiatives including college and military recruiting
  • monitor recruiting compliance and assist with high-volume recruiting overflow
