Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • five plus years high volume recruiting experience
  • three plus years leadership experience in recruiting
  • experience supporting various US labor markets
  • comfortable with hybrid work environment including three days in Orlando office
  • conducive remote work environment
  • ability to travel domestically up to 10 percent
  • proficiency in CRM tracking systems and recruiting technology
  • advanced PC skills in MS Excel
  • intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • ability to provide accurate reporting and data analysis
  • strong initiative and ability to manage multiple recruitment plans
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • professional and able to maintain confidentiality
  • strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
  • flexibility and adaptability under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • five plus years high volume recruiting experience required for exempt and nonexempt level roles, preferably in a hospitality environment
  • three plus years leadership experience managing a regionally dispersed remote team preferred
  • demonstrated experience supporting various labor markets across the United States
  • proven partnership skills with business leader clients and cross-functional partners
  • proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tracking systems and recruiting technology including applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
  • advanced skills in MS Excel with intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • experience providing accurate and timely reporting and data analysis
  • excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • demonstrated flexibility and adaptability under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead and manage recruitment team
  • hire, coach, develop, and retain staff through effective recruiting, onboarding, and employee development plans
  • partner with resort vice presidents, directors of resort operations, general managers, and department managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • manage talent attraction efforts and job postings using various sourcing tools including CRM systems and social media
  • conduct preliminary candidate interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews
  • develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and community organizations
  • plan and attend off-site job fairs and community networking events
