Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five plus years high volume recruiting experience
- Three plus years leadership experience managing a remote team
- Experience working in hospitality preferred
- Comfortable with hybrid work environment
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
- Proficiency in CRM and ATS systems
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans simultaneously
- High level of confidentiality
- Exceptional communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Three plus years leadership experience in high volume recruiting
- Experience supporting various labor markets across the United States
- Experience partnering with business leaders and support partners
- Proficiency in using CRM tracking systems and recruiting technology
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel and intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in accurate reporting and data analysis
- Strong proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to handle pressure
Job Duties
- Lead and manage recruitment team
- Hire, coach, develop, and retain staff through effective recruiting, on-boarding, and employee development plans
- Lead team meetings inspiring teamwork, creative thinking, and collaboration with clients
- Help recruiters develop effective sourcing strategies
- Partner with resort leadership to develop and implement local recruitment strategies
- Manage talent attraction efforts and job postings
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate follow-up
- Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and community organizations
