Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- minimum five years experience in talent acquisition
- proficiency with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team and with business leaders
- knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- flexibility to participate in varied organizational activities
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in talent acquisition
- excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proven ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- experience using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Job Duties
- Build and plan recruiting strategies
- develop creative approaches to support talent acquisition roadmap
- identify and leverage internal and external systems and tools for sourcing candidates
- build meaningful relationships with universities and colleges
- oversee full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding
- serve as lead recruiter for critical and confidential leadership positions
- maintain accurate documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities using Workday
- ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process
- gather feedback to improve recruiting processes
- partner with business and HR leadership to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- review and coach team performance to meet talent acquisition metrics
- provide counsel to hiring managers on internal mobility and external hiring compliance
- manage local third-party vendors and headhunters
- ensure manning guide accuracy and budget alignment
- measure and report on talent pool KPIs including throughput and successful hires
- assess future hiring needs through proactive people planning
- manage talent acquisition reporting and dashboard insights
- leverage employer branding and best practices to promote positive candidate experiences
- use internal communication streams to promote careers and employee movements
- act as a counselor for employee training and development
- conduct hotel tours for student groups
- assist with People and Culture activities including correspondence, recruitment of placement and work experience students, exit interviews, and social event coordination
- undertake function related project work
- participate in management duties as required
