Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in human resources, business, communications, psychology, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties
- Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and screening candidates across various departments
- Coordinate interviews by partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates
- Support internship and early-talent programs including scheduling, communication, and event coordination
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media projects, and community partnerships
- Help maintain data accuracy and candidate movement within ATS systems
- Assist with onboarding activities like Day 1 preparation, orientation materials, and communication
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process-improvement projects
