Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in human resources, business, communications, psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist with posting jobs, reviewing applications, and screening candidates across various departments
  • Coordinate interviews by partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates
  • Support internship and early-talent programs including scheduling, communication, and event coordination
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, social media projects, and community partnerships
  • Help maintain data accuracy and candidate movement within ATS systems
  • Assist with onboarding activities like Day 1 preparation, orientation materials, and communication
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process-improvement projects
