Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years experience in Talent Acquisition or administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Ability to work daytime hours in a hybrid environment with some flexibility
- Strong computer skills including MS Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to organizational values of honesty integrity and diversity
- Ability to provide superior customer service
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes
- Associate's Degree in Business Human Resources or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in Talent Acquisition administrative or customer service support role in a high volume environment
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Customer-service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships remotely

Job Duties
- Provides recruitment coordination support including applicant tracking assessment testing review applicant pre-screening and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry-level or high volume openings
- Follows up with candidates regarding candidacy status and interview selection outcomes in partnership with the System Office HR Shared Services Candidate Support team
- Schedules interview dates health screens candidate travel logistics and orientation events
- Coordinates with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for on-site tasks like fingerprinting I-9 verification and badge photos
- Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities
- Coordinates local and regional recruiting events and maintains the event calendar
- Assists colleagues department managers and Talent Acquisition team with recruitment issues including Workday TA module support candidate status inquiries and TA process questions
- Processes and tracks billing statements and invoices
- Maintains knowledge about positions required skills competencies and organizational culture to market and source appropriate applicants
- Assists with marketing initiatives including ads direct mail campaigns and internet postings
- Maintains knowledge of applicable laws regulations and organizational policies to ensure adherence
- Demonstrates proficiency with MS Word PowerPoint Excel and keyboarding with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Promotes and supports a culture of diversity collaboration and high performance
- Commits to continuous personal and professional growth and learning
- Delivers consistent services utilizing defined Talent Acquisition standard work methods
- Provides superior customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
