Job Requirements
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field with two years of experience in Talent Acquisition or administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with day time hours and flexibility to meet business needs
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- High accuracy and attention to detail in keyboarding skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer-service orientation
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Commitment to honesty, integrity and caring with the ability to inspire others
- Knowledge of applicable laws and organizational policies

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- Two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, administrative or customer service support role in a high volume work environment

Job Duties
- Provides recruitment coordination support including applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry-level or high volume openings
- Follows up with candidates regarding candidacy status and outcome of interview selection process in partnership with System Office HRSC Candidate Support team
- Schedules interview dates, health screens, arranges candidate travel logistics, and orientation events
- Coordinates with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for tasks required to be done on-site such as fingerprinting, I-9 verification, badge photos
- Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities
- Coordinates local and regional recruiting events and maintains event calendar
- Assists colleagues, department managers and Talent Acquisition team with basic and moderately complex recruitment issues, providing prompt solutions and superior customer service
- Processes and tracks billing statements and invoices
- Maintains knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies and culture of the unit and organization to market, recruit and source appropriate applicants
- Assists with marketing initiatives including ads, direct mail campaigns, internet postings
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and other policies to ensure adherence reflecting honest, ethical, and professional behavior
- Demonstrates proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel with good keyboarding skills, high accuracy, and attention to detail
- Serves as a steward of the culture by establishing and maintaining a caring, collaborative and high performance culture and commitment to diversity
