Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred
  • ability to manage multiple searches and deliver high-quality service
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • self-starter with strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • must be able to work onsite at Greensboro, NC
  • must be located near a waterpark location to assist during recruitment season
  • able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods during hiring events

Job Duties

  • Partner with Corporate Talent team to develop a strategic plan to generate hourly candidate flow based on staffing needs and waterpark leadership guidance
  • coordinate and schedule interviews and hiring events for waterpark locations
  • support next steps including offers, background checks, and paperwork
  • source passive candidates for high-priority waterpark roles
  • maintain accurate job postings across job boards and recruitment channels
  • ensure compliance with company hiring processes and seasonal guidelines
  • build applicant pipelines by engaging community organizations, colleges, and employment agencies
  • advise waterpark managers on alternative hiring strategies and seasonal recruiting best practices
  • facilitate smooth onboarding by communicating with candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner
  • provide weekly reporting on interview and hiring event outcomes and hiring goals
  • assist Talent Acquisition team and HR Managers as needed
  • ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal laws
  • perform additional duties as assigned
