Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR administration
  • familiarity with recruiting platforms and job boards
  • full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)
  • knowledge of hiring laws and regulations
  • proficient MS Office skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
  • proactive and creative mindset

  • ability to manage high volume administrative and recruitment tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or HR administration
  • familiarity with recruiting platforms and job boards
  • full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • experience with HRIS system administration and report creation
  • knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices
  • proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interface at all organizational levels
  • demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Source candidates for active and pipeline searches utilizing recruitment research methods
  • recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified applicants collaborating with department managers
  • support recruiting efforts and attend local and out of state career fairs, college visits, and military bases
  • support the onboarding process including completion of I9 and safety-sensitive paperwork
  • maintain employee files and process HR transactions in UKG
  • maintain staffing dashboard metrics
  • support employee engagement initiatives and organize company events
  • serve as DER back-up supporting FAA safety-sensitive documentation processing
  • prepare monthly headcount and multi-site MRO reports
  • provide administrative support to the HR department
  • perform other HR duties as assigned
