Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must meet all licensing and certification requirements
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Deep understanding of industry practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven time management abilities for self and team
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Effective planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Job Duties

  • Manage budgets, track finances, and ensure restaurant profitability

  • Hire, train, and inspire the restaurant team

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and ethical standards
