Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess valid licenses or certifications as per federal and/or state regulations
- A BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8-10 years of related experience in food and beverage management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven financial management ability
- Experience leading and training hospitality teams

- Expertise with a variety of food and beverage concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to project a professional image and maintain a positive, memorable entertainment experience for guests

Job Duties
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively plan, achieve goals, juggle multiple tasks, and manage time
- Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
- Employ strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and ensure that instructions are conveyed accurately and quickly to staff and guests
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, implementing programs to strengthen profit and loss, and ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Lead and develop staff by providing training on service steps and drink recipes
- Build community relations and lead marketing efforts, including social media and grassroots promotions
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all food and beverage products
- Monitor profit and loss statements to meet objectives and recommend operational enhancements to promote excellence
