Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is an advantage
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds safely
- Maintain exceptional grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Must have a basic knowledge of front-of-house restaurant procedures and functions
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Be able to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have exceptional grooming habits
Job Duties
- Provide the same quality of service as if the guests are sitting in the restaurant
- Inform guests of specials and menu changes
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Answer questions about food and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them in our point-of-sale system
- Ensure all to-go orders including DoorDash and Grubhub have necessary items like silverware, condiments, extra napkins, wet naps, and Recovery logo mints
- Make sure the to-go area is stocked for the next shift
- Maintain a clean service area
- Present the check to the guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- Thank guests and invite them back
- Assist seating of guests in the main dining area
- Continually support the Front of house staff with cleanliness and guest interaction including maintaining Covid related mandates
