Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Basic math proficiency
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Exceptional grooming and personal hygiene

Job Qualifications

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
Must have a basic knowledge of front-of-house restaurant procedures and functions
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
Be able to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Must have exceptional grooming habits

Job Duties

Provide the same quality of service as if the guests are sitting in the restaurant
Inform them of specials and menu changes
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
Answer questions about food and beverages
Take food and beverage orders and enter them in our point-of-sale system
For all food orders including Door Dash and Grubhub - ensure everything the guest might need to enjoy their meal(s) is in the bag(s) including to go silverware, condiments, extra napkins, wet naps, and Recovery logo mint(s)
Make sure the to-go area is stocked for the next shift
Maintain a clean service area
Present the check to the guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
Thank guests and invite them back
Assist seating of guests in the main dining area
Continually support the front of house staff with cleanliness, guest interaction including maintaining Covid related mandates
