Job Requirements

  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • Basic knowledge of front-of-house restaurant procedures and functions
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
  • Exceptional grooming habits

Job Qualifications

  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
  • Must have a basic knowledge of front-of-house restaurant procedures and functions
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  • Be able to safely lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must have exceptional grooming habits

Job Duties

  • Provide the same quality of service as if the guests are sitting in the restaurant
  • Inform them of specials and menu changes
  • Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
  • Answer questions about food and beverages
  • Take food and beverage orders and enter them in our point-of-sale system
  • For all food orders including Door Dash and Grubhub - ensure everything the guest might need to enjoy their meal(s) is in the bag(s) including to go silverware, condiments, extra napkins, wet naps, and Recovery logo mint(s)
  • Make sure the to-go area is stocked for the next shift
  • Maintain a clean service area
  • Present the check to the guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
  • Thank guests and invite them back
  • Assist seating of guests in the main dining area
  • Continually support the Front of house staff with cleanliness, guest interaction including maintaining Covid related mandates
