Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Available to work late nights
- Passion for food and people
- Energetic attitude and personality
- Willingness to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
- Capable of working in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to tolerate potential food allergens
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Comfortable using technology for order processing
Job Duties
- Take orders over the phone and in person
- Manage UberEats orders through tablets
- Package food and beverage items for takeout
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assist other team members during busy periods
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service
- Follow cash handling procedures and health and safety standards
