Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • available to work late nights
  • passion for food and people
  • energetic attitude and personality
  • ability to take direction and work independently and with a team
  • able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical activities such as reaching, squatting, and bending
  • able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
  • willingness to learn and develop
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • able to tolerate potential food allergens

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in food service or customer service roles is an advantage
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for food and customer satisfaction
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems beneficial
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • take orders over the phone and in person including UberEats orders on tablets
  • bag food and beverage menu items accurately
  • maintain cleanliness of the restaurant throughout shifts
  • assist other team members to ensure a fast and friendly guest experience
  • follow cash handling procedures and food safety standards
  • perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities to stock and clean
  • provide exceptional hospitality and menu suggestions to customers
