Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- available to work late nights
- passion for food and people
- energetic attitude and personality
- ability to take direction and work independently and with a team
- able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical activities such as reaching, squatting, and bending
- able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
- willingness to learn and develop
- reliable transportation to and from work
- able to tolerate potential food allergens
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service or customer service roles is an advantage
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- passion for food and customer satisfaction
- familiarity with point-of-sale systems beneficial
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- take orders over the phone and in person including UberEats orders on tablets
- bag food and beverage menu items accurately
- maintain cleanliness of the restaurant throughout shifts
- assist other team members to ensure a fast and friendly guest experience
- follow cash handling procedures and food safety standards
- perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities to stock and clean
- provide exceptional hospitality and menu suggestions to customers
