Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a current TAPS Card
- Have a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage terminology
Job Qualifications

- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, policy, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Greet guests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner on the phone or in person
- Extensive knowledge of the food, drink, and specials menus
- Accurately take, ring in, compile, and deliver orders to the customers' specifications
- Able to use the POS systems with efficiency
- Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services
- Conduct all monetary transactions with attention to detail
- Handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all persons in the restaurant
- Complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
