Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to hear, understand and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service as necessary
- Remove dirty utensils, plates, and drinks from the table as necessary
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave as necessary
- Sweep service area, take out the trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- Answer phones, take orders, and provide information to guests
- Enter orders into POS system
- Package orders efficiently and correctly
- Complete all side work duties and prep as necessary
- Able to assist guests from beginning to end of the dining experience
- Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
- Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- Help with food running
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
- Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
