Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy levels
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service as necessary
  • Remove dirty utensils, plates, and drinks from the table as necessary
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave as necessary
  • Sweep service area, take out the trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • Answer phones, take orders, and provide information to guests
  • Enter orders into POS system
  • Package orders efficiently and correctly
  • Complete all side work duties and prep as necessary
  • Able to assist guests from beginning to end of the dining experience
  • Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
  • Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Help with food running
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
  • Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
