Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum experience in customer service or related position preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to handle cash accurately

Job Duties
- Maintain strong and detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and packaging
- Capture guest walk-in and phone orders
- Partner with third-party delivery companies for order fulfillment
- Facilitate all online order processing
- Collect payments
- Provide accurate quote times for order readiness
- Prepare orders for pickup and monitor designated curbside area for parked guests
