Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handlers Card certification valid in applicable states
- Ability to visually inspect and ensure food quality and presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of service area
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school education preferred
- Food Handlers Card required (valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude
- Ability to manage guest relations with professionalism
Job Duties
- Visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to ensure portion, presentation and guest specifications are met
- Set up and stock product for each shift
- Maintain backup storage areas
- Clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils, and tools
- Organize and deliver dishes efficiently to guests
- Handle difficult situations and guest complaints by following AIM protocol
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
