Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or retail preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
strong interpersonal skills
reliable and punctual
ability to stand for extended periods
basic computer literacy

strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for handling payments
experience with point of sale systems is a plus

Job Duties

maintain strong and detailed knowledge of new and existing menu items and packaging
capture guests' walk-in and phone orders
partner with third-party delivery companies
facilitate all online orders
collect payment and give accurate quote times
prepare orders for pickup
monitor curbside for parked guests in designated area
