Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is a plus but not required
- flexible availability for various shift times
- ability to follow safety and health regulations
- physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- ability to complete necessary training and certifications

- ability to push, pull, lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds frequently and over 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
- prepare and serve food items according to all brand, company, and health department regulations
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently met
- keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
- follow all government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following the company’s 5-minute rule policy
- embody company values including teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitive spirit
