Job Requirements
- Availability for full time work including pre-opening and post-closing hours
- possession of a valid state Driver's License

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties and follow up for completion
- ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- guarantee product quality, food safety, and operational standards
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
- perform inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in absence of Restaurant Manager
- ensure a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following company policy
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
