Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of fast casual or high-volume restaurant and kitchen management experience
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant software
  • Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
  • Develop train and inspire a team of 25+ staff members to deliver outstanding service and consistent quality
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations maximizing profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage inventory control costs and oversee labor scheduling
  • Promote Taco Social's culture and values to nurture a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Uphold food safety standards cleanliness and operational excellence
