Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a team preferred
  • Ability to work early morning or opener shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Basic computer skills for register operation
  • Capable of standing for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Duties

  • Role model our core values to create an environment where the team has fun
  • Lead and empower our team to deliver product and service excellence
  • Follow and take ownership for shift execution
  • Greet, take orders, and thank customers in the restaurant or drive thru while providing friendly customer service
  • Completing accurate transactions on the cash register

  • Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment
