You are applying to work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which is an independent business owner and not Taco Bell Corporation or any of its affiliates. These franchisees operate their own unique wage and benefit programs, which can differ significantly from one franchise to another. If hired, the franchisee will be your sole employer. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to sweep and mop floors
- Able to dust shelves
- Able to lift and carry trash containers
- Able to clean parking lot and grounds
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stoop during 80 percent of shift time

- Profit and Loss responsibility experience
- Basic personal computer literacy
- At least 21 years old
- Pass background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for majority of shift
Job Duties
- Find, hire and develop employees
- Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans
- Schedule and deploy the team correctly
- Address performance issues
- Assist in resolution of customer issues
- Manage restaurant budget and financial plans
- Oversee overall restaurant operations and team leadership
