Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in quick service restaurant or retail
- Able to make quick and appropriate decisions
- Able to act in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner
- Strong verbal, reading, and math skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrate patience and positive attitude when delegating tasks
- Present tidy appearance with good hygiene
- Ability to lift 10-40 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of successful high sales volume operational management experience in Quick Service Restaurants or retail
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Dynamic and energetic leader with positive drive
- Excellent organization and time management
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
- Strong leadership in coaching, team development, driving culture, problem-solving, task execution, and achieving results through others
- Availability for minimum 50-hour work week
Job Duties
- Oversees 5-6 restaurant locations
- Absolute uncompromising execution of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy
- Accountable for coaching and training various levels of management to achieve operational excellence
- Involved in new employee orientation and monitors training processes
- Works with Human Resources on employee relations including hiring, terminations, and investigations
- Creates and maintains a safe environment for all employees and guests
- Determines and addresses chronic repairs and maintenance issues
- Develops and maintains management staffing levels
- Drives full management staffing for each location
- Encourages a top-line orientation through operational focus
- Ensures correct operational procedures are followed
- Leads employee recognition and motivation efforts
- Partners with General Managers to build and reach sales goals
- Provides leadership for guest satisfaction
- Offers employee relations assistance and proactively addresses employee relations needs
- Utilizes reports to identify opportunities
- Revises and formulates policies and promotes implementation
- Supervises staff from different departments and provides constructive feedback
