Job Requirements

  • 16 years and older
  • obtain a food handler’s certificate according to state or local requirements
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • must have reliable transportation
  • maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene standards
  • ability to work flexible hours, arrive to work on time and be dependable
  • ability to contribute to the team and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • enthusiasm to help with various tasks
  • act in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner with guests and co-workers
  • ability to anticipate bottlenecks in service and resolve them
  • communicate ideas, suggestions and concerns professionally
  • make timely decisions to meet guest and business needs
  • perform effectively and safely with minimal supervision
  • ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • exert high energy and drive to meet customer demands
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • perform duties of a dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier and drive-thru outside order taker
  • prepare ingredients and make menu items for orders
  • greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • ensure food safety, quality and sanitation
  • complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning
  • follow proper opening and closing procedures
  • maintain guest and employee safety
