Job Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Must have food handlers and TABC certifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously ensuring guest satisfaction
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure quality service and address any needs or concerns
- Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables and service stations
- Follow all safety sanitation and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
