Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
  • Must have food handlers and TABC certifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Check in with guests during their meal to ensure quality service and address any needs or concerns
  • Handle guest payments accurately and process transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables and service stations
  • Follow all safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
