Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Previous bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekend and night shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform setup and teardown tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

- Knowledge of mixology and specialty cocktails

- Familiarity with fine dining or upscale event service environments
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of wines and bourbons preferred
Job Duties
- Provide bartending services including mixing and serving specialty cocktails and martinis
- Maintain knowledge of wines, bourbons, and vineyard operations to enhance guest interactions
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining event environment
- Handle setup and teardown duties for the bar area before and after events
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Manage multiple tasks and stressful situations while ensuring a steady pace of service
- Seek assistance from peers or supervisors when necessary to uphold service quality
