Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekend and night shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to perform setup and teardown tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience
  • Knowledge of mixology and specialty cocktails
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Capability to handle stressful situations and multitask
  • Familiarity with fine dining or upscale event service environments
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of wines and bourbons preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide bartending services including mixing and serving specialty cocktails and martinis
  • Maintain knowledge of wines, bourbons, and vineyard operations to enhance guest interactions
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in a fine dining event environment
  • Handle setup and teardown duties for the bar area before and after events
  • Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • Manage multiple tasks and stressful situations while ensuring a steady pace of service
  • Seek assistance from peers or supervisors when necessary to uphold service quality
