Job Duties
- Sort, stack, and put away clean dishes
- Wash dishes by hand if needed
- Remove trash and garbage and bring to dumpster
- Sweep and mop designated station
- Bring bus carts full of dirty dishes to designated area for cleaning
- Inform kitchen manager if equipment is in need of repair
- Other duties as assigned
