Job Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in casino operations and management of a large staff with a four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity
- Ability to move about a large casino property with urgency and energy
- Willingness to work extended hours and accommodate varying team member schedules
- Ability to sit, walk, stand and keyboard for varying percentages of the work shift
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operation environment
Job Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in casino operations and management of a large staff
- Four year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with all Microsoft software products
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and promotions
- Knowledge of table games operations, gaming regulations and beverage control regulations
- Good public relations and guest services skills
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures and IRS Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls
- Ability to always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude
Job Duties
- Responsible to the Table Games Shift Manager for successful performance of assigned duties
- Responsible for the supervision and performance of the Pit Managers, Floor Supervisors, Dealers, and Pit Clerks
- Assist and advise other departments and company personnel as necessary, to assure the success of the table games and the company in general
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the table games in the absence of the Table Games Shift Manager
- Analyze customer play: cheating, scams, counters, and any unusual or suspicious variations of play
- Review staffing levels, delegate authority and assign responsibilities
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel
