Job Requirements
- Associates degree in related field or minimum of three years experience in a comparable Table Games leadership position or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games operations
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts tactfully
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from various audiences
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Strong numerical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, computation of rates, ratios, and percents, and the ability to interpret bar graphs
- Ability to obtain a gaming license
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strong mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rates, ratios, and percents, and interpret bar graphs
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Supervising staff and overall daily management of designated shifts in the Table Games department
- Providing oversight for all games, game protection, and overall operation of table games on assigned shifts
- Supporting, administering, and managing operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Adhering to scheduling and coordinating with managers on scheduling concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Assisting in budget processes for the department by providing recommendations and supporting compliance with budget initiatives
- Enthusiastically supporting and promoting superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards
- Ensuring enforcement of games procedures, policies, and internal controls while monitoring compliance
- Monitoring chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers to ensure proper payouts
- Managing accountability of chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment
- Verifying table inventories and effectively managing table limits
- Handling customer concerns and requests effectively
- Engaging and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances during shifts
- Assisting with the overall integrity of daily Table Games operations
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility and reporting issues
- Maintaining strict confidentiality in departmental and company matters
