Job Requirements
- High level of interaction with other team members and chefs
- Cleanliness, efficiency and organization
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting and bending

- Basic understanding of sanitary procedures
Job Duties
- Knowledgeable, skillful and confident cleaning of wares and equipment
- Maintain wares, equipment and facility in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
- Interact courteously and professionally with team members and guests
- Collaborate effectively with chefs and other team members
- Ensure cleanliness, efficiency and organization in all assigned areas
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
