Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in an IT discipline or equivalent experience
- Must have and maintain a Secret personnel clearance
- Security+ certification
- 4+ years hands on system administration training/experience
- Previous Department of Defense experience
- Good writing, oral, and presentation skills
- Expert technical knowledge of computing and networking systems, equipment, integration, operations, compatibility, troubleshooting techniques, procedures, and testing
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Server operating systems including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Job Duties
- Serve as one of two SMEs on all system administrator matters from reports on emerging technology to managing every detail of organizational functions
- Perform administrative tasks through consoles and scripted interfaces
- Utilize SCCM to create task sequences as needed to support various requirements
- Create, adhere to, and enforce organizational standards to streamline processes
- Provide remote support through RDC and administrative shares
- Manage file and print services including provisioning and access control
- Use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of appropriate industry practices
- Resolve a wide range of issues imaginatively and practically under limited direction
- Adhere to and enforce all relevant Army network policies and procedures
- Produce weekly activity report to the program manager
- Manage software installations and engineering efforts
- Update and create SharePoint pages for tracking and reporting purposes
- Create automation processes to streamline service, auditing, and monitoring
- Collect, format, and report organizational metrics to the Program Manager
- Perform other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office
