Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in food service management
- Experience in healthcare food service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective client and customer relationship management
- Proficient in customer service based on Aramark's standard service model
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Willingness to travel to various locations for audits and training
- Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a food service management role
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard service model
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments to ensure a unified food service experience
Job Duties
- Conduct regular on-site quality assurance audits utilizing the Aramark Productivity Portal
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for locations not meeting Aramark standards in food ordering, production, and service
- Focus on implementation and training of Aramark's 5 P's of Food Management
- Work with client constituents to develop training material for client front line staff
- Collaborate with Vice Presidents of Operations, District Managers, and Director of Culinary to create training materials to improve operational outcomes
- Continually seek to improve performance and hold staff accountable for challenging goals
- Provide leadership in implementing and maintaining internal control and business process improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain a safe work environment culture
- Monitor, test, and report compliance processes
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance internal controls and recommend process improvements
