Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in food service management
  • Experience in healthcare food service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective client and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in customer service based on Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Willingness to travel to various locations for audits and training
  • Ability to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Healthcare industry experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments to ensure a unified food service experience

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular on-site quality assurance audits utilizing the Aramark Productivity Portal
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans for locations not meeting Aramark standards in food ordering, production, and service
  • Focus on implementation and training of Aramark's 5 P's of Food Management
  • Work with client constituents to develop training material for client front line staff
  • Collaborate with Vice Presidents of Operations, District Managers, and Director of Culinary to create training materials to improve operational outcomes
  • Continually seek to improve performance and hold staff accountable for challenging goals
  • Provide leadership in implementing and maintaining internal control and business process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a safe work environment culture
  • Monitor, test, and report compliance processes
  • Identify risks and opportunities to enhance internal controls and recommend process improvements
