Job Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience managing incidents
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Confident decision-making abilities
  • Strong and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to monitor multiple information streams in real-time, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to provide accurate updates to wide audience of critical stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate with technical, non-technical, operations, and regulatory personnel
  • Ability to provide direction to engineering and operations personnel in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing and shifting priorities
  • Experience with program management, operations process development, and emergency or incident response
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-6+ years of experience managing incidents
  • Confident decision-making abilities with strong and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, thoroughly, and concisely in high-pressure environments
  • Experience in program management, operations process development, and emergency or incident response
  • Ability to adjust to changing environments and manage competing priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with diverse personnel including operations and regulatory affairs

Job Duties

  • Manage first level investigation/triage of reported issues to determine impacted systems and coordinate stakeholders to mitigate effects
  • Thoroughly document all response actions and basis for resolution using incident management tools
  • Document details, outcomes, and lessons learned from issues and support documentation of standard solutions per engineering guidance
  • Recommend procedural improvements and features based on lessons learned from system events
  • Assist in creating event response policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Assist in establishing tooling requirements for event response
  • Assist in creating and delivering training materials for event response processes to internal teams
  • Support tracking and closing out event investigations and reports
  • Travel between Wing sites as needed
