Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of culinary experience
  • multi-unit experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • financial management skills including budget and food cost control
  • ability to lead and grow a team and operational capabilities
  • willingness to travel across the region
  • computer skills with MS Office preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent four-year culinary development experience
  • minimum of 5-7 years of culinary experience, multi-unit experience preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong supervisory and leadership abilities
  • hands-on management and coaching skills
  • strong financial acumen including PAL experience, budgetary and food control practices
  • ability to assess and grow people, operations, equipment, and revenue
  • willingness to travel within the region
  • proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary technology development, integration, and logistical support
  • ensure all equipment is programmed to optimize quality, yields, and productivity
  • develop and implement operation plans and systems to meet contractual obligations
  • guide culinary and dining teams in organization and utilization of culinary suite installed on the Kitchen Trailer
  • manage cost controls and regional expenditure
  • model company values as a regional leader
  • plan and create menus including chef's tables and catering expos
  • develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience
  • interact professionally with associates, suppliers, clients, and customers
  • perform other assigned duties
