Job Duties

  • Greet and direct vendors, customers, and other visitors
  • answer, route, and screen incoming calls
  • perform photocopying, filing, compiling records, and distributing mail
  • maintain records, forms, and resolve moderately complex problems
  • operate bindery equipment such as folder, cutter, and stapler
  • assemble and distribute policy forms, endorsements, marketing materials, and reports
  • scan documents ensuring quality and legibility
  • prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail, affixing appropriate postage
