Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with switchboard operation preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate the telephone switchboard to direct incoming calls
- Manage internal calls and provide paging services as required
- Assist with coverage during call-offs and paid time off absences
- Participate in orientation and continuing education to update skills
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to hospital staff and visitors
- Demonstrate competency in operating the hospital communication system
- Perform other duties as assigned to support hospital goals
