Job Duties
- Project a positive and professional company image
- answer inbound calls and route accordingly
- take detailed and accurate notes or call back information and route to appropriate recipient
- place outbound calls as requested by staff or customers
- handle customer or guest inquiries and customer assistance as required
- assist executives, administrative assistants, and other outfitters in connecting telephone calls and conference calls
- use diplomacy and tactful judgment in screening and rerouting calls for executives and VIPs
- support inbound outfitter or associate requests
- self-monitor call times for adherence to efficiency and quality goals
- perform all other duties as assigned
