Job Duties
- Maintains operations of the switchboard area
- responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming calls
- responsible for monitoring the front entrance, video cameras, and the alarm board
- sorts the facility's incoming mail
- responsible for emergency procedure instructions and facility-wide notifications
- directs visitors, residents, and vendors to the proper destination
