Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Monitor shift performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- Schedule staff and assist with training
- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth shift transitions
